No, the Magical Express bus does not cost anything as long as you fly into the Orlando International Airport. When flying out of Rockford you fly into Sanford airport. Disney Magical Express does not go from this airport, only the Orlando International Airport. Private transfers are available and can run approximately $75 each way depending on number of people.
